"Super safe and dog friendly! The maintenance guys give my dog a treat every morning on our walk. If you don't put this in maps, there's almost no chance of finding it (which is a good thing). Low traffic. Staff is super nice. Great location if you like outdoorsy walks/hikes close to downtown Morgantown. It's a little pricey, but worth it. There's also a bus stop close by. Noise typically is not an issue."
"Great place to live, management was always easy going and there when I needed anything. 10/10 recommend to anyone!!"
"Living here was nice for the first year until new loud people moved in. It was nice and clean when we moved in. I will give them that; it is a clean place to live. However, you can hear everything in the apartment above you, so when people walk, you can hear it. The people around us would also have parties and such (which you're not supposed to have) and would take up parking spots (which there were limited numbers of). The worst part was when smokers moved in next door. BE AWARE: In the lease, you can smoke inside, but you have to pay for damages that you cause. My boyfriend and I were not smokers but somehow the smell from the other apartments would come in through the vents (get this, the manager said she lived at Forest Hills and had to deal with this issue as well). So my boyfriend and I asked them to come check it out multiple times and sent thee handyman over. He is a great guy, but couldn't figure it out. So I asked them to call a professional about air ducts and such to come fix it because we did not want to be breathing in toxic smells. They basically ignored our requests and when my clothes started to smell like smoke, I got really upset and called them and they told me that they couldn't have an outside person come in unless the maintenance man said he couldn't do anything. So I kept bothering them and finally, they wouldn't call me back (they would talk to my boyfriend). The manager walked over to our apartment when I was gone and told me boyfriend that we would have to just deal with it because they couldn't figure it out and she had to deal with it in her own apartment before. They also said they would talk to the smokers to try to work something out or that we could have a sit down with them to try to get them to smoke outside. But who knows. WHY WOULD YOU NOT FIX THIS ISSUE IF YOU KNOW IT'S HAPPENING."
"This WAS a nice place to live a few years ago but it has steadily gone downhill. The parking lot is small and only has enough room for the tenants and a few guests and they have problems with trees falling onto cars and totaling them (3 so far in 3 years). Things were fine until this past year when they let in multiple units with young college kids who drink and party constantly, parking has been horrible with their guests filling the lot and not having a single space for our 2 bedroom unit. Calling security does nothing, they are Paul Blart just observe and report. This WAS a small complex with young professionals who respected each other... Now its college sophomores who party at all hours, smash fireball bottles in the parking lot, could care less about their guests parking in tenant parking spots, and woo girls you can hear from multiple units away downing liquor before heading out."
