"This was a good place for our hockey team staying for an overnight. The rooms were clean. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, Austin is the best!! We were treated so well, we pretty well took over the lobby for a pizza party and he was so sweet and helpful! Breakfast was better than a lot of hotels we have stayed at. The pool is very small but that made little difference to us. The hotel is located up a pretty serious hill and we were visiting in the snow but the road was well treated and taken care of."

"If i could live there I would. The hotel is clean, the house keepers are nice. The continental breakfast was real good. I loved there was coffee and hot chocolate avail in the lobby 24 hrs a day. I love there is a mini gym my husband worked out in. DYLAN AND AUSTIN the guys at the front desk are awesome. They have great customer service and I wish more people in the hotel industry were more like them. Idk if they like or hate their job but you cant even tell. They deserve a raise lol. Trying to come back in May for another college graduation. i hope i get to see them again."

"Austin was a Wonderful Greeter for Fairfield. So warm and efficient. Knows the area. Everyone was very nice during my stay. Dylan and DJ were also friendly and helpful. The room was great. Nice desk to work at and I loved the desk chair - very comfortable. The microwave/refrigerator set up was convenient and nice to have. I liked that there was no door or curtain on the closet. Some people may not like it, but I wasn't worried about leaving anything and there are less surfaces to touch. A negative is that the shower has a rain showerhead with no water pressure. So, if you have long or thick hair, good luck rinsing. The lobby is nice, with a fireplace. Note, that they only serve breakfast to 9 - and they mean it. Came down at 9:02 and everything was cleared away. I don't think I have stayed at a hotel, which doesn't serve till 9:30 at least. There are lots of places to eat near the hotel. Cracker Barrel shares the parking lot. There was a nice coffee/tea/filtered water area, so you can enjoy coffee with whatever you have brought. It works. There was a great outside area to sit and look at the hills. Color is starting on the trees. The indoor pool looked nice. I was visiting friends, so never got time to try it. The location is out of downtown and in a nice area. It felt safe and was convenient to many stores and restaurants. I gave the room 4 stars, only because the shower pressure was an issue. I would give 10 stars for the staff’s service if I could."

"Can't believe this hotel only has 1 room for disabilities, that they told us was already booked. I was coming here directly upon release from the WV Ruby hospital after surgery for 3 breaks in ankle, which made my one foot weight bearing and put me at 57 yrs on crutches/walker for first time in life. Bed was super comfortable and room in good shape, but without the accessibility that I needed. This hotel can't be meeting ADA requirements."
