"Service was rushed even though I was the only one there. They were out of items. I food was bagged up—no drinks or chips suggested—-even though I planned on dining in. Quality of food was poor."

"A hot mess. 2/2 times I’ve been here, there was no was no one up front. The first time I had to leave, since they “ran out of food”. The second time, the white rice was so overcooked and disgusting. Even the girl working there said “based on your facial expression, I suggest you get the brown rice.” They overfilled my burrito so it had to be double wrapped, which I hate. Super doughy and gross. The guac was undermixed. I was biting into huge chunks of straight avocado. My burrito had an overwhelming taste of onion. Like the onions were bad. They overfilled the guy behind me as well and it had to be double wrapped. The staff is young and I thought they were funny even if they weren’t professional. Seems like they need more direction."

"Don't even waste your time in this location!! I had the worst customer service experience (anywhere) than I've had in a long time. I started to tell my story in this Google Review but it's not worth my time! Sorry Chipotle.....I thought I'd give you a shot but I'm forever taking my business to Willy's Mexican Grill, whose customer service is impeccable and the food is consistent and great every time!"

"ORDER IN PERSON ONLY!! then you can control how much/little of each ingredient you receive & potentially deter errors. Preordered 2 burritos and a side of quac, received 1 burrito, 1 bowl and the skimpiest excuse for a side of guac. the burrito received was veggie (includes free guac) the second photo indicates how far in i began this review and still no guac. Might have the tiniest bit at the end but regardless, they are supposed to flag ingredients and chances are i won’t have any guac. Both meals were ordered as light hot salsa but are WAY too spicy to enjoy. If that wasn’t enough, vinaigrette was requested during pick up and only 1 was received. The workers were rude about it and for some reason seemed annoyed giving vinaigrette for non-salad orders, however there is no way to pay for vinaigrette and all toppings besides guac/queso etc. are free, why should the employees care what toppings i like on my food? Called Customer service and they wanted to offer 2 free entrees with no upgrades (guac/gueso/drink etc.), 1 chips & guac voucher. Given what I ordered (2 entrees and a side of guac) they were really offering 1 free chips and no refund for the original order and nothing for their employees’ behavior. NO THANKS because who knows when/if i’ll want chipotle again. Requested refund instead, to use anywhere rather than just chipotle. Disappointed to say the least. this is better than other ATL locations near me so probably will have to go here but again ONLY IN PERSON. Unfortunately will have to endure some discomfort and disrespect which I think the employees are hoping for or they will find a way to ruin your online order to try and get you in the store, but hopefully your order will be correct in the end. Experience poor, food unenjoyable, employees weird/overly invested in providing customers a negative experience."
