"I've trained martial since 1981. I've trained Chinese martial arts specifically since 1999. I have seen & experienced most of what Atlanta has to offer in martial arts on the large scale. This is where I've chosen to study & stay for the duration. Sifu Russel brings his personal experience of military duty in the US Army, training & teaching as well as ring fights to bear in one stop shopping for the student. His training ethic & teaching style will leave you sore for days but itching to hurry up & get back in for more. If you really want training in Chinese Kung Fu, this is the place to be."
