"Got 5 burritos of variety. All squished, messy to take out of wrapper. My bean cheese rice burrito was just bean. What little rice cheese was on it was squished onto the wrapper. Soda was diet, did not ask for diet soda. Never had problems with this taco bell before so whoever was working tonight incompetent af. Do better"
"I went through the drive-thru and had such an uncomfortable experience that I will never return to this location. First off, he tied a string to a grate and made me stop my car so he could dangle it out the window and bounce it off the ground a few times, then waved me to pull forward. Annoying, but inoffensive. His real crime was fully wrapping his hand around mine and holding it for a few moments while I was handing him my card. I have NEVER been grabbed and held by a drive-thru worker in my life, it was very obviously intentional. Not even joking when I say I had to repeatedly wipe my hand clean of his cold sweat after the encounter. When I pulled away with my food after a few weird comments from the man, he told me “PLEASE do come again, I work here EVERY DAY.” I will not be returning. Ever. This guy is a creep."
"I did not like the Burrito that much. Maybe because I am from Africa. It was like baby pooh in my mouth. Not that I have had a baby stool before. But the Taco was good. The Taco was a 7."
"I sat in the drive through for OVER AN HOUR. The line was pretty long, but it wasn’t like out into the street long. There were maybe 10 cars in front of me, and I only moved forward about every 5 minutes. Then when I finally got up to the order menu, the light-up menu was turned off. I mentioned this to the worker and he said “we turn our menu off at 2”. Why do you turn it off at 2 if you’re open until 3!?! I realize that it’s Taco Bell, but this was dreadful service even for them. This was legitimately the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Save your time, money, and health and just go to the grocery, buy ingredients, and make your own Tex Mex."
