"We are so thankful for the referral to VIC. We began with our wound care visits at the Cleveland TN office. They are so pleasant and caring. Heather was the first we saw and then Mesia. They are great! Dr LeSar has done one of my leg procedures at the Chattanooga Office. We found the employees there to be efficient and gave such positive care. The procedure on my leg went well, and we trust it will accomplish the outcome for which it is intended im my healing. We have another procedure scheduled on Oct 11 at the Chattanooga office."

"This is a great office I see both Doctors, Dr Lesar and Dr Harris. Have had several surgeries Doctors are very nice and caring Dr Harris did my surgery Tuesday he did a great Job, my leg feels better already he listens and cares for his patients, Dr Lesar is amazing as well he has helped me through many struggles. "Overall, I didn’t exactly have a great experience here. The general unfriendliness of the front desk wasn’t surprising when checking in. I met with the NP, who seemed to be going through the motions, despite my lengthy explanation of what I was feeling and accompanying symptoms. Within 8 minutes, the visit was over and I was sent to the checkout desk to schedule an ultrasound. At the checkout desk, I was told that since my specific provider was only in the office once a month, I would not be able to have an ultrasound until mid-October (my visit was on 8/21). Two months for an ultrasound?! I then asked if I could have a different provider, possibly showing me to be seen much sooner than two months down the road. Basically I got a bunch of excuses and no change in provider or ultrasound date. When I got to my car, I decided to be my own advocate. I made a call to the Nashville Vascular and Vein Institute. After passing along my insurance info, they had me scheduled for an ultrasound before Labor Day. Once again, I will have to drive to Nashville for quality care, but it’s worth it. What I’m not going to do is pay VIC a copay to have a chat that’s shorter than the wait-time at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru."
