"It takes a week or more to get ANYTHING DONE with these people. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. It takes Rita griffin days or weeks to respond to emails, ( she the "manager") Spencer just flat out told me he really doesn't care about their customer service quality and he really doesn't care about keeping me as a customer. I've been with them 2 years and recently they have gone down hill and have been a terrible company to work with. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company"

"When a trailer was damaged by a receiver they were transparent and assisted me from beginning to end. When I traded my truck in and got another one the endorsements team had my paperwork and insurance switched over in less than 30 minutes. Any time I have questions Ryan tells me exactly what to do. So I'm satisfied and I'm thankful."

"I’m still waiting on a $567.12 refund that they told me I would receive last month. When I emailed them asking where is my refund that they told me I would receive, I was emailed back from Patrick that it is probably an ACH delay and not to contact them again. This unprofessional behavior has everything to do with why I did not renew with them. Not to mention the more than $1400 I was over charged in premiums. They are trying to automate everything so there is no customer service or interaction. That is not a great business plan for the customers. Just more work. I just want my money and I will write them off as a bad business decision!"

"I'm not quite sure about the more recent reviews, but I can tell you, after 3 years of having Marquee as my agent, I am really happy not having to deal with them anymore... they've truly deteriorated in the past 12 months. Can't get an email response, can't get anyone on the phone... and when you finally do get someone, they beat around the bush or simply give you misleading info. There are hundreds, if not thousands of commercial agencies. Find another one."
