"there’s an issue with the drivers. Sometimes they don’t have card readers even when I’ve specifically requested a car with a card reader, Then the drivers hold you personally responsible and don’t mind inconveniencing you, on top of payment issues I have been racially and culturally profiled by many drivers. Drivers have a personal vendetta against black Americans and often gaslight our experience with passive aggression. I do not recommend using this company if you have other options."

"I'm convinced this company hires the worst drivers they can find. They don't obey traffic laws or use turn signals, and they either drive recklessly or under the speed limit. I've almost been wrecked multiple times by one of these taxis."

"The first few times I ordered a taxi from Morelia, I got hung up on. When I called back they did not answer. When I started having my Spanish speaking friends with me when I ordered they were a little nicer. It's nice when they text me to let me know that my taxi is on the way. Almost all of the drivers have been Pleasant. I have had one rude driver and I did not take it personal. Sometimes people just have worse days than others. But I do recommend them. They are inexpensive and friendly and clean. I think the longest ride I have taken was from Mansell to Windward and it cost me a $20 when my Uber would only be $15 But if I'm going short distances it is more affordable than Uber or Lyft."

"Their drivers are friendly, However, sometime there can be a language barrier as some of their drivers don't speak English. I would give them a 5 star had it not been for a rude female dispatcher. I once asked her the eta of my driver and she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and 3 times she hung up on me. Had it not been for the overall great customer service from the drivers and other dispatchers I would've never requested their service ever again. I hope that she gets the much needed customer service training in the near future."

"These are some of the worst drivers in Metro ATL, and that's really saying something. They do not obey traffic laws and are rude & discourteous. They speed in excess of 10 mph over the posted limit, run stop signs & red lights, double park, and even park in the middle of the street even when there is available parking a few feet away. One van almost hit me while I was walking to my home & honked at me though he was on the wrong side of the street & speeding. These drivers are dangerous. I'm really starting to get fed up with this company."
