"What I mean is, between 10am and Before lunch no pick up phone. Then after lunch no pick up phone. Then no call back when a message is left. It’s hard to get someone on the phone. You pick up on occasion but your busy with customers as well. So your desk person is not picking up the phone. People work far and want answers about your services that’s all. Customer service is important to a business, at least I thought. When I recommend other people to your business it’s the same thing, nobody is answering the phone."
