"Horrible program ran by an incompetent and combative child. After waiting over a month for a refund, Ansley has been full of nothing but excuses. During our time as a customer, communications were sent out at 9pm or later on Sunday nights for next day deadlines. This is a cut rate program at a premium price. You do NOT get what you pay for. From my understanding, this is the owner following her dreams. Perhaps, in this case, she should wake up."
