"My family and I love this local pool store. We can get our water tested and get recommendations on what we need as well as possible solutions to issues we may be having. Never have been pressured into buying things we haven’t needed or felt we could get elsewhere if desired. We have a 40,000 gallon pool and we trust their knowledge and expertise because we have been able to save money going here rather than some other stores that sell unnecessary chemicals and items just to make a profit. Most recently we purchased a 1.5hp pool motor from these guys in July 2021 and the motor bearing began to fail. They were able to help us file a warranty claim on the failed bearing and get a new motor ordered For us to swap within two days! We showed up to swap the motor and explained we needed a gasket and seal kit and they had one in stock that worked perfect and was $30 cheaper than the online one I was going to purchase. I had many questions and he was able to show me a diagram on the motor assembly so I was certain I had all the parts. I can’t recommend them enough."
