"UPDATE: FINALLY after an entire month, I received $50.00 back by having to dispute my credit card. We left and they never even provided any services. So, to have to go to these lengths is absolutely horrifying. Took my baby here today for a preventative checkup and to establish care. They wouldn’t even see her without paying $50. Preventive is covered at 100% by my insurance and I’ve never had to pay $50 for a preventive checkup. I have really great insurance and pay a lot ever month in premiums for it. I could see them charging me that if she was sick or something as well. But we just needed to get her vaccines and weight checked etc. The front desk said it would be “credited to my account” to use next time. All my preventive check ups are covered at 100%. There’s also a state law on how long they can keep a patient’s money. You can’t just keep patient credits on the account. They are in violation with their BCBS contract by charging patients money that is not owed by the patient… which will be reported to the insurance commissioner. The place was dirty and the staff was rude. There were complaints of the office from patients in the waiting room . Which I won’t go into because it’s not my personal experience to share. They charged my card, refused to give it back so now I’m forced to dispute it on my credit card. They charged me $50 for services that would have been covered 100% and didn’t provide as we left from the first impression being so awful. I will be reporting them to the insurance commissioner and disputing the charge on my credit card. Even though, it’s simple as voiding the amount on the credit card machine. Absolutely ridiculous. Clean your waiting rooms. It’s the first impression parents see. It worries me if a waiting room looks that dirty, what do the fridges look like that keep the vaccine stock and how sterile Are the procedures there."

"I highly recommend keeping your kids away from this office if at all possible. Wait times are always long but that’s kind of the nature of doctor offices. The staff though just could not make it more clear that they do not want you to be there. Once you arrive, no one says anything to you until you get called over for vitals and they mumble so you hardly know what you’re being asked. Good luck actually scheduling appointments because they “schedule” something for you and the next time you ask about it it’s not anywhere in the system. This has happened to us and I’ve heard it happen to other people while sitting in the waiting room. The care of my child has not been very diligent and I had to take him to an urgent care that would consider my concerns. The rooms also look like they never get cleaned which considering how many sick children are seen, is disgusting. Staff has a tendency to speak to you as if you aren’t educated enough to speak to with some kind of respect. I do not understand this office at all."

"The main doctor is alright she's just over worked. The office staff is extremely rude be prepared to wear a mask even thou it's a violation of your first amendment right. It's illegal for them to charge you for your kids records and it has to be cash so the don't get caught doing it. They have well kids walking thru sick kids to get to the desk. They don't sanitize their hands going room to room. All the tables are all torn up and raggedy. They don't want address any issues. The front desk people are extremely rude. They schedule appointments in the computer and don't tell you about it. And you miss it because you never knew it was scheduled to begin with. Because they get paid from medical insurance. They are just extremely all around rude the whole staff Is horrible. We found a better doctor and won't be back."

"This place is absolutely ridiculous. I'm told by the doctor, my child looks like he has strep or the flu. But don't test him for either one. Wrote a prescription for something that doesn't cover colds. Certain doctors do not care, and do not seem to do there job correctly. The waiting rooms and rooms needs to be cleaned. Not very clean. I'm switching doctors. I highly don't recommend this place. Please take your children to a doctor's office who actually knows what they are doing.also none of doctors wash there hands after entering the room."

"First time I went was a little ruff, but I had both my kids, so I understand that can be overwhelming.. second time I went, I just brought one child in and the doctor really listened to my concerns, was quick and very helpful. The nurse was very attentive and sweet. Front office staff is great, If I need an appointment they get my children in quickly. I love this pediatrician office!"
