"Dr. Harvey and her staff are amazing. It’s so good to go to the dentist and not be filled with anxiety. Her staff is professional yet humorous. Very very sanitary, must have used a whole box of gloves. Detailed about what the procedures are and talk you through it. They offer different options to pay. (Whew!) I can’t say enough good things. As I haven’t had a cleaning in over 30 years. She has made me comfortable enough to finally get the overdue work done that I need."
"I’ve never had an issue with high blood pressure but for some reason my new hygienist needed to check it the last time I was there while I was laying on my back and never tried to take it manually. Go in today and someone comes out into the lobby to take it. No one else has there’s taken in the lobby while I was there. Guess HIPAA didn’t apply to me. Had another patient questioning what was going on. The whole situation was so awkward and uncomfortable. I couldn’t even relax at that point so if my blood pressure hadn’t been high, it was about to be. Never coming back to this office. Especially since I went to the pharmacy and asked them to take my BP after I calmed myself down and took time to breathe deep and can you believe it was normal!? Went on Google and started reading reviews and noticed a theme with people of color. Do better y’all. I moved over a year ago and was making the drive to this office for my daughter and myself because I used to enjoy the staff but everyone there today was awful. I’ve never wanted to get away from a service provider as quick as I did today. Mind you, the lady said my blood pressure was so high that when hers was that high she went blind… but they were okay with me walking out and driving myself home."
"I’m only giving 1 star for the wonderful dental hygienist Nina I was blessed to meet. But as far as this office- I’m warning you- BIG mistake. The dentist calls out almost 99.9% of the time and the office manager thinks she knows everything and won’t let you ask any questions pertaining to your treatment because she’s so smart and apparently has psychic powers. I’ve updated my personal information with them and instead of updating it in the system, they had to call my Mom to cancel my appointment and apologized for inconveniencing her but disregarded any apologies to me. Then she hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the situation. So in conclusion, I highly recommend you don’t ever go to this dentist unless you enjoy being treated like nothing if you aren’t paying 1K for teeth work. Rant over. Get your insurance covered x-rays and teeth cleaning yearly by Nina but go somewhere else for actual teeth work."
"Sadly, I have a negative review . I broke a tooth, need to get the balance out of my gum. Never have been to this office, it’s clean, people seem friendly I was examined and here is where my disagreement began. Instead of getting the balance of my tooth out of my mouth, someone planned to either do a partial or a bridge, for $4100.00 No one consulted me about these options before hand, when I said I couldn’t afford that amount, their finance lady came in trying to find a way, ALL OF WHICH WERE TOO EXPENSIVE Taking on debt, being retired is NOT WHAT I WANT TO DO Instead of taking care of the immediate problem, the finance person was more concerned about money than the patients immediate problem Sadly I left, stating that the procedure was too expensive, and thinking to myself that money is more important than the patient’s immediate problem"
"Everyone was so kind and helpful whether it was signing in, my insurance company or my exam. Nina was so gentle and accommodating during the exam. More importantly she was very thorough. Dr. Harvey is gentle and very caring regarding your teeth, gums and jaw. I would highly recommend the Harvey Dental Group. Thank you."
