"SCAMMERS! After i called and asked if they accept my insurance they said yes and took my insurance card and everything was okay before the appointment. One week later they called apologizing that they don’t accept my insurance and want to charge me $500. Save your money and go somewhere else the service wasn’t worth it."

And since I've been with my therapist, I have had no issues. She has been the best therapist that I have ever had."

"I have been with Lifestance for a year but was not feeling like I was getting the help I needed and my symptoms were worse. I started looking for another provider and reached out to Lifestance regarding my issues and they referred me to another provider in their office. I had a good visit with this provider at the first visit. The second visit she didn't show up and after sitting in a virtual waiting room by myself for 30 minutes I finally rescheduled. This week I canceled my appointment and when I called to reschedule they hadn't noted my cancelation and told me I was going to be charged for the cancelation. They then put me on hold and never answered to reschedule. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. It's caused me more stress and I'm going back to my PCP for care until I can find another provider who will hear me, and treat me. I hope they consider their patients in a more considerate way in the future."
