"It has been Three weeks since I visited office in Americus. I haven’t heard from anyone! I had to call and find out about my brace . First time I called I was told I would receive a call that day . Never received the call. Never heard from anyone! I had to call the next day to find out the claim has never been issued because doctor hasn’t sent in the paperwork. When was I to know that. I could have called the doctor myself! So please don’t depend on these people!"

"Never answers the phone. Was sitting on the phone for 2 hrs then they closed. I've been calling for 2 days. Need better service. Need people to actually answer the phone. It's a lot of gas to drive there just to make an appointment. Only open 2 days a week."
