"Inquired regarding a truck at Sunbelt. Abel reached out almost instantly. Worked through the details remote as I live in Indiana and we came to an agreement super easy. Abel sent over detailed pictures and videos of the truck. I booked a flight, their finance manager Patrick offered to pick me up from the airport however my flight was delayed. Their sales manager Brad hooked me up with lunch while I waited for the windows to be tinted. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from someone other than myself in 10 years and first time out of state. Abel, Patrick, and Brad made it seamless and incredibly easy. "2015 F150 had battery issue on dash. I called Sunbelt to verify coupon price of 149.95 on 3yr battery on their website and told it is available all of Dec 2023. went to dealer and verified again prior to work being done and told coupon valid. Battery was replaced and was told battery would be more. (bait and switch) new price was $290+ including $50 installation fee that was not mentioned. Note total price across the street for a 4 yr replacement at Walmart was $179 + tax as shown on the receipt of my neighbor. Please beware and get written quote before any work is done at this dealer"
