"Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. It isn’t just one mistake. It’s a pattern of careless and incompetent behavior. It would be humorous if it wasn’t so darn dangerous. Do yourself a favor and pick a different pharmacy. They have: given us the wrong medication once and the wrong dosage twice, sent our meds home with the wrong family (since it was a controlled substance they treated us like drug dealers - it took reviewing security footage for them to finally believe that we had NOT picked up our order. They had given it to a family with a similar last name), failed to correctly run insurance for my aging mother (draining hundreds of dollars from her fixed income before I caught it), told me that my medicine “would be ready tomorrow” for 12 days straight (I finally gave up and called my doctor for help. The doc canceled the script and called it in to a different pharmacy), shorted us 10 pills and made us go through heck to prove it was their error, and given us pills that were partially melted and stuck together. I could go on, but you get the point."

"please god whatever you do DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY. they have messed up my prescription not once but TWICE. causing me to be very sick. I've been waiting over a week for a prescription, and I'd love to call them and get some answers but they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. whatever you do DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY"

"Three hours after i dropped off my prescription, still not filled. I also waited another time for them to open and the lady that open the window said she couldn't take my prescription because they had just opened? Really? WTF!"

"Their pharmacy is a joke and not the funny kind either. My 2 yr old daughter has a 103.5 temp and I needed her prescription immediately. Said it was gonna take 15 minutes and ended up taking over an hour... Never will I step foot in that place again."
