"Just went to the Food Lion in Americus GA. The employees are rude, they don't acknowledge the customers, just continue talking among themselves. They don't even have the common courtesy to say thank you for shopping here, but grabbed the money fast enough. Won't stop there again. Don't want to be best friends with the checkout girls but would like to be acknowledged & spoken to while checking out. It's my money that helps to pay their salary, perhaps they should be reminded of that. Definitely need some remedial customer service training."
