"They either have a heavy lack of communication between departments, with patients, or both. Their hospital charge: their department of finances will tell you how to try and set up for a lesser pay if you have no insurance and unemployed, but they didn't follow their own information they provided me. They don't tell you that you'll receive a separate bill at a later point(embcc) for the visit. It's not the same as the hospital bill"
