"I arrived for my appt then I was told I need my physical insurance card or I can't be seen. I have my membership ID number & my group ID number & multiple forms of ID. So what's the issue? I had already filled out your online form with my insurance info & no where did it say I needed my physical insurance card. Why wouldn't you give the patient the option to submit the insurance card after vs wasting their time & your appt slot?? Also, why is the lady at the front desk sitting there in gloves? Is she changing gloves or sanitizing between patients or touching surfaces?"

"Front desk staff is rude and disorganized. Set an appointment for me at a certain time then tried to say it the time was different and I had missed my appointment. Comfirmed by email it was for the time I arrived yet got turned away for leaving one of my med cards. What a joke !!! It takes months to get into these appointments and your disorganized and rude staff has the nerve to be stickler about something as simple as leaving one card behind. I will find another place."

"Don’t waste your time coming to this location .Front desk is a joke and they will have you drive to an appointment that they claim they did not make for you.This location only wants to make money off your insurance and not do their job.Why do you have to tell the doctor what tests to order this place is a waste of time .If you want anything solve try going else where .There’s nobody waiting in the waiting room ever!!! Nobody is doing their job and tell you have to come back an hr and half later when you had appointment already made"

"Not happy with front desk if you need meds called in. I requested meds on July 11th, 2023 and was told they sent the request off. I've heard nothing. I used to be when you asked for something called in it was quick. Times have changed. I've been with them since Dr. Cohen ran the practice, may it's time to change."

"We came to the center looking to get a solution for our 9 month old baby’s allergy issue, hives that appeared out of the blue. We had tried numerous things at home at first to rule stuff out before seeing any medical professional, no dice. So after the first appointment, given that the receptionist said they’d be able to see our 9 month old, we were very much disappointed that the center’s solutions were to give antihistamine until she turns 2yrs old, rather than finding the root cause. 2 years of medication, oh okay cool. And we knew it was hives from the beginning and the nurse practitioners just reiterated what we knew, and were somewhat condescending about things we have tried to do to figure it out. Bottom line, bad experience with them and the nurse practitioner (Phillips) wanted to medicate as her only solution. Total hard pass."
