"LOVE Dr. Washington but Tonya the office manager is brutal, along with the front desk staff. Her tone and attitude is unbecoming and will make parents take their children elsewhere. At a recent visit, she spoke harshly to me and then another parent as if we were children. I simply asked about my son's billing and she went in. Folks have a right to know there charges, contracted rates and whether or not services are covered. Please Mini Smiles get your customer service together."

"Amazing!! Receptionists are friendly and we’re able to answer every little question I had regarding the treatment plan and cost breakdown. When my daughter was seen by the provider they explained everything they were doing to in a manner that she could understand which made her so much more comfortable. She expressed “mommy I like going to the dentist,” many times on the way home even after one appt which included getting a crown and another with a filling. This place is highly recommended from one parent to another!"
