"Patients beware! This business has a high turnover rate. A family member got dentures here, and they didn't fit correctly. She took them back to be adjusted. After 3.5 hours of waiting, Dr. Frazier handed them back to her. He suggested filing down two bones in her mouth. It's always another expensive procedure with the guy. ALWAYS! Keep your eyes on him. Make your own decisions. Always get a second opinion. If his cheap, he's cheap for a reason. He's going to get you down the road. Trust that. When you walk in, you're asked you to pay before service is rendered. WATCH THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD! Don't take your eyes off of them, not even for a moment. They should never take your credit card from you. This place does. A mysterious charge appeared on my credit card for $480.00 plus after I handed it to one of his employees. Prior to that, I was asked to update my address. I'm grateful WELLS FARGO caught the charge and reversed it before they could get away with it. You should also know that Dr. Frazier didn't apologize for any of the things mentioned above. This review could have been avoided. However, he's arrogant and cheap. His methods are not consistent. The staff that are making the dentures don't stay with him. Therefore, you may as well be gambling because you don't know what you're going to get here. By the way, he's nice until he realizes you're not falling for the game he's playing."

"I was able to get same day repair! It looks better and feel better from when it was originally done. It clasps my tooth correctly now. Customer service beyond exceptional!"

"If you're in a rush and straight to the point please don't use this establishment! I made an appointment months ago and was very clear I just needed a partial. Even informed individual I wanted early appointment because I worked! Apparently they don't care to accommodate your needs because I was told WHEN I GOT THERE with being a new patient I have to go through a process"watch a video about oral health, etc" and that it would take time i knew i didn't have which was still ok had it resulted in me getting what I paid for, apparently that wasn't possible! Not to mention even though I had insurance I had to pay up front $100 and was told I would get payment back if insurance paid but ironically enough the Dr told me his goal was to not just give me what I pay for but "teach" me about health and they couldn't do that if my only goal was to get a partial! When you talking to and treating adults like kids you need to advertise that not dentures and partials on a big ax$ sign out side the door!"

"Terrible workmanship. Had a broken tooth on my partial that needed repaired that was done a little over a year ago. While I was eating (soft food) the tooth came completely loose. I called to ask if they guaranteed their repairs. They do not and the office manager (not very pleasant) was of no help. Never interacted with the dentist so I cannot offer an opinion about him. But if you need a denture repair. I strongly suggest you consider another company."
