"I’ve gone to this dental office since I was little and never had any issues until my dentist left a few years ago. I had an appointment last month and was told that I needed a root canal or to pull the tooth “since I pulled another one.” I didn’t appreciate the tone and lack of attention from the dentist so I visited a different dentist for a second opinion and boy was I shocked to find out that I DO NOT need a root canal! That’s a mighty hefty price tag for a misdiagnosis. I’d hate for someone else to risk spending money they don’t have or losing a tooth that doesn’t need to be pulled because their dentist is to preoccupied or busy to really look at the x-rays properly. Makes me wonder if the tooth I had pulled in the past could have been saved with a simple filling versus continuing to worsen because I couldn’t afford a root canal!"

"My children and I have been patients here for at least 8 years. I’ve always enjoyed going here for multiple reasons. I recently had a dental emergency over the weekend and called the office first thing Monday morning. The receptionist told me that they would not be able to get me in until the end of the next month. That was unacceptable. She never asked if I was in any pain or where in my mouth was the emergency. I asked for the office manager and had to leave a message. I called back Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. When I called on Thursday I was told she was at lunch and asked if I would like to leave a message and I did. I left another voicemail and stated why I was calling and would love to have a call back. She never called back and when i called back at 4:30pm, I was told she was not in her office. I hung up and called right back explaining that I’ve been calling all week and I didn’t care where she was and I’ve been leaving messages and she has not called back. They put me on hold to come back to say that she was unavailable and that I could leave another message. No ma’am. That’s it. My children nor I will be returning to this office. I will not spend my money with businesses that do not respect me as a patient."

"There’s never a dentist available and don’t ever have to reschedule an appointment. You will be waiting for another 4 months for service. The scheduler is rude and inconsiderate. I had a dental emergency and she had no compassion or sense of urgency whatsoever! I was still told to wait for a month! So i spoke to someone in BILLING and she was able to help me get an appointment for THE NEXT DAY!!! If you can avoid this practice please do so! There are other dentists around that actually care!"

"Terrible customer service. My daughter was a first time patient, however, her appointment was canceled upon arrival. We were running a few minutes late, ran into unexpected traffic. When we arrived, we didn't know there were two different waiting rooms, one for kids and one for adults (again our first time there). Once we checked in we were told that we needed to go to the other waiting room. By the time we got there it was 2:11pm, we were then told that we are now past the 10 minute grace period and would need to reschedule. In addition to that, the receptionist accused us of having a 1:30pm appointment, which we did not. When she looked again she realized our appointment was at 2pm. The receptionist seemed to just want to be indifferent for the sake of it. No grace, no compassion. We've never been there so we didn't know about there 10 minute policy, furthermore the unexpected traffic and confusion on where we were supposed to be didn't help. We will find another dental practice to patron."
