"I called 4 times to get an appt....no one answered, so I left VMs. On the 5th call, someone picked up and I was able to make a recheck appt with Dr. Levine. This happened on my previous attempt to get an appt for an acute issue, and I simply gave up. I arrived to my appt, and ppl were leaving because they had double-booked Dr. Levine for the day and were running over an hour behind. I run a private practice with multiple clinicians. 1) how do you get double booked for the day? 2) when it is discovered that you are double booked, why were people not called and moved? 3) if you are running that late, why are you not calling clients to let them know to come in later? Simple disrespect for others' time. The medical staff was lovely, which is the only reason for the 3 star review. Scheduling staff has some serious issues."

"Its very hard to receive a call back. I wasted time off from work to come into the office, after telling the associates on the phone the doctor said I did not have to come in. No one asked the doctor. When I showed up for the appointment the doctor said I don't need to see her. My initial appt was in April and I still don't have contacts or prescription."

"2 stars is because although I love Dr Long the optical Department is a complete different story! The woman tried to WAY overcharge me for glasses. When I questioned my insurance coverage she opened a booked and dropped the price. When I still said no I've never paid that much as I have Co pays for everything she argued. I said I was going to call my insurance. Magically, she said, oh wait the front gave me the wrong info on you. Yeah right! I paid for my glasses. She got up and left. Realizing I had no receipt. I went back in and asked. She said she would email it. She did not. I now know why. Upon getting home, I now realized that i do not have the lenses that i otdered. I have a cheaper version. Well, 3 weeks later, after 3 phone calls and twice them telling me they would call me back as to why my glasses were not in (which they did not do) I finally received a call that they were being re shipped. I went to pick them up. It was the most unprofessional fitting I have ever received! After becoming frustrated with the attitude from this woman, I left and went to Lenscrafters. I not only received a professional fitting for no charge gained knowledge. I will never buy glasses at Dr Long's office again!"

"Writing another review as mine seems to have gone missing from a few months ago. I was very disappointed in my appointment with Dr. Richards. I have been having blurred vision prior to my appointment and was very worried. He rushed through my appointment and hurriedly told me I am now a glaucoma suspect. It was terrifying news and I felt rushed out the door. When I made the appointment I made sure they knew at the front desk that I wear contacts and would need those as well as my eye exam as I was almost out of them. As I was rushed out the door, however, I was informed that contact fitting 'was a separate appointment' that I was not scheduled for. So, I had to make an appointment for the following day (another trip, another babysitter for my kids). The contact fitting went well enough. I was pretty shocked by the bill a month later with my insurance totalling near $400.00."

"Nothing but food things to say. I came in with an eye emergency and everyone was excellent. they were very speedy and as soon as I came in I was taken back and seen by Dr.Fierce. They were very fast and the paperwork was not a hassle at all. When I came back for the follow up I had The same really good experience. I did not wait at all and was called right back. Dr.Fierce gave me his personal phone and when I reached out with concurs/questions after hours he was available right away. The professionalism and haste to help is amazing here. I would highly recommend."
