She is Always rude and never wants to help. She always asks if you used the patient portal and acts inconvenienced that you even called, let alone, ask her to help you. Talking to others, it seems she is like that to many. Very frustrating. I’m also assuming she didn’t do what I called for, as I never received what I called for."
