"I wasn't unaware my appointment was at 10:25, I showed up at 10:45 and the office manager canceled my appointment she claims she called the doctor (Dr.Robison) and got authorization to cancel my appointment. Keep in mind the lobby was full and no way I would have been seen at 10:45am. After explaining why I needed my glasses Laura the office manager still did not care. After coming here for several years not only will I not be coming back but I have to try another location o see if they are more professional then this location."

"Great place! Worked with me when I had to fit in a quick contact appointment before going back to school. Also gave me trial lenses when I was out and had a ski trip planned. Only thing I don't like is the voicemail system set up, too lengthy of a process to get a person to answer."
