Wellstar Urgent Care

"I guess this is false advertising with "Walk ins Welcome." Took my daughter up there tonight at 5:30 due to a sore throat, congestion and fatigue to make sure it wasnt the flu, covid or strep. Come to find out, they turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. The waiting room was dead and the second I opened the door, told us, in a rude voice, that they couldnt't see us. I thought an urgent care that said walkins would allow me to bring a sick child to get medical attention. Guess not but we did get a bonus of a rude front desk person who automatically told us we wouldn't be seen. Never trying to go there again."

The online scheduling makes it very easy, with a very short wait. Medication is always called in to my pharmacy and most of the time I can pick it up on the way home. Easy and smooth experience every time I visit."
