"I have been seeing Dr. Siddiqui around 2 years now and have been unhappy with the care I've received during that time. He is very impatient and gets angry and simply repeats his statement over and over to you instead of trying to explain his diagnosis in a way that's understandable. This is particularly noticeable when his diagnosis doesn't make sense with your past experiences. Whenever I make a statement about what my body is going through I feel judged like I don't really understand what I'm feeling. I rarely need to go to the doctor but out of the 3 issues I've had in the last couple years, I don't feel like any of them were resolved by my doctor and I would have been just as well off by not seeing him and letting my body heal its self. Two of the issues I was sent home without any resolution and one I was prescribed medicine that didn't help. Also, this office doesn't allow you the freedom to talk to your Dr. about what's going on with your body during your annual physical without giving you extra bills for each topic discussed. They'll height/weight/draw blood but if you mention anything else ailing you, be prepared for another line item on your bill. It really creates a mental barrier between you and your doctor which restricts the honest flow of information regarding your health and ultimately your wellbeing."

"If I could leave zero stars…for the doctor and 5 for the rest of the staff I would. I don’t even leave reviews but for this…I have to. My experience started off strong, with the wonderful Iva who checked me in. She was patient, helpful and sweet. Check in was very easy. The nurse that helped me was also incredible, she was very kind, reassuring, informative and friendly. I can’t remember her name at the moment but she left such a positive impression on me. Now…it all went downhill when Dr.Niazzi came in (late of course). She made me extremely uncomfortable with her rude and snarky remarks about my recent weight gain (which I was there to discuss) and how long I had been to the doctors. She made lots of comments and offered no solutions. She refused to do certain tests because she said “insurance doesn’t pay the doctors more to do that so I don’t feel like it” and because “it’s just too much paperwork so I don’t want to”. Every concern I had she decided to pawn off on someone else by making a referral so she wouldn’t have to address these issues that she was more than qualified to address. I was also instructed to fast so we could do bloodwork (which I did) she then tells me…oh the tech is out today. No one called you? Then laughed as if wasting my valuable time is a joke.It’s 3 pm at this point. I took an extended lunch break to make this appointment just for her to sit there and waste my time. All she did was check my heart beat, my reflexes, my lymph nodes in my neck since I “gained so much weight” , my ears (which she criticized the buildup and didn’t even offer to clean it). She then told me if I want I can come back another day or if I really want to get my blood work done I can go down the street to the other facility but there would be a wait. I agreed to it because if I didn’t this whole day would’ve been wasted. When I asked her where it was she repeated “down the street. You can google it” what was I supposed to google? “Other facility” “blood work near me” “down the street”?!?! When I said can I have the actual address…she then told me I can get it from the nurse. I don’t know if she had a long day or if she is always this lazy and rude but either way…I won’t be back. People like her are the exact reason we don’t like to come to the doctors. I will be removing her as my primary immediately. I’m sure she’ll appreciate that so it’ll be “less paperwork” for her. Sorry my health is an inconvenience to you!"

"This medical center took me as a new patient and quickly had me on schedule for my initial visit. Front desk staff was professional and friendly. Digital signatures for paperwork was quick and painless. Dr. Lalani listened, provided care that I was looking for. Lab tech was friendly and quick. The whole visit was a great experience and I would highly recommend."

"My husband attends this facility and will not return again due to the unprofessionalism shown here by Dr. Niazi. Instead of trying to understand someone's lifestyle she rather judge it and call my husband lazy. She disregarded his complaints and made faces at him which is unprofessional. Nowadays these doctors don't care to get down to why certain things are happening to a patient and they just disregard them. Dr. Niazi has no business calling someone lazy and make judgements. UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"Everyone at this office is courteous, professional, friendly and respectful. From the moment I check in, to the time I check out, everyone has such a wonderful attitude. Dr. Lalani is the best of the best. No matter how many questions I have, he takes the time to answer them. He doesn't rush me. He doesn't make me feel as if I'm a bother."
