"My mother in law needed a brace after an accident 4 days ago and none of the other locations could see her for another two weeks. Although the system at this location was down they made sure to get her in. The attention was amazing and James was very nice and sweet. Leah in the front desk was very caring and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. After hearing about my long day trying to get my 82 year old mother in law some help, she went above and beyond to help us and I’m so thankful."

"what a cluster, several folks jusr sitting around. Not a single one capable of caring. The place was empty except for several employees and me. I was told to come back later since i didn't have an appointment and they would see what they could do to fit me in as a walk in ( In a sarcastic tone.) I went to Lacy Pharmacy around the corner and was able to be fitted for a boot in 2 minutes. Avoid this place."

"Came to pick up two carpal tunnel wrist braces. They didn’t not have both the day I came (so they couldn’t process it for insurance purposes), but messaged me the day they did come in, so I didn’t have to keep calling to ask! Wonderful staff, everyone was super kind and helpful. Will definitely be back for future splint needs"

"I had an appointment this morning. Oct 26. I was informed when I showed up that they did not take my insurance after going into every detail of my insurance BEFORE making my appointment. They kinda shrugged their shoulders like, so what… we stopped taking insurance OCTOBER 01! . Everyone’s time is valuable. I was treated like if you don’t have the out of pocket, so what. I would never recommend this place."

"The Hanger Clinic was my last stop on a list of many, and their service gave me such huge comfort and relief. I had a prescription for a special brace for my foot, and after having called and visited other medical supply stores, I had grown weary of the “we don’t have that” or “no one is here to assess the inventory.” When I called Hanger, I spoke with Jessica who asked me a series of questions to ensure they would be able to provide me with nothing but quality service, and that’s exactly what they did. They were expecting me when I arrived, and I was then met with James who was so accommodating. He fit me perfectly for my new brace, and made sure it was comfortable to my liking and gave me the support I needed. They were awesome from top to bottom, and I would recommend anyone I know needing this type of care and service to go to this location."
