"I highly recommend Piedmont-Newnan Wound Care to anyone who is struggling with a non-healing wound. I was referred to the clinic by an Immediate Care facility after infected lacerations were not responding to treatment. The staff at the clinic was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the time to explain my condition to me in detail and answer all of my questions. They also developed a personalized treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. I was treated with a combination of wound care and compression therapy. The wound care team was very skilled and gentle, and they always made sure that I was comfortable. After just two weeks of treatment, I saw a significant improvement in my wounds. I am now on the road to recovery, and I am so grateful to the team at Piedmont-Newnan Wound Care for their treatment. I give the Piedmont-Newnan Wound Care a five-star out of five rating. They are a top-notch facility with a team of experts who are dedicated to helping their patients heal."
"I’m gonna give this facility 4 out of 5 stars because of the one bad apple in the bunch. I’ve used this facility because of the caring staff in the past and the cleanliness of the office. However, I recently had to take my loved one there for new open wounds and there was a new nurse named Carol Poole. Her attitude and demeanor was very harsh the minute she came in the room. She treated my brother like he was a disease and barely treated his wound. She cut me off and kept interrupting my conversation with the doctor and other nurses. She missed several steps when treating the wound and refuse to provide us with needed supplies. She was negative and looked mean and gave off an unpleasant vibe during the entire appointment. I must say that the other staff including the office manager, nurses and receptionist were very nice, empathetic, caring and helpful. I will definitely visit again, just not with this particular nurse."
"They do a great job taking care of my wounds."
"Very caring staff"
