"I was experiencing a bad cough and sinus congestion and did not want exposure to other patients in an urgent care center or doctor's office. Our son and his family have had several excellent experiences with GoMed, so we contacted them mid-morning. Debbie was very helpful in confirming my appointment. Eric arrived mid-afternoon that day. He was friendly, yet professional, and a great listener. He examined me, checked my vitals and symptoms, and tested me for covid (negative). We discussed treatment options, and he transmitted Rx to my pharmacist on completion of my exam. He even asked me to contact him in two days to report on my progress, which I did. I could not be happier with my experience with Eric and GoMed. As a bonus for us older folks, they even accept Medicare."

"I would not recommend gomed unless you know your insurance policy in and out! We found them because my daughter was very sick and we didn’t want to take her in public and it was a Saturday. We called and they assured us that they were in network for our insurance and it would only cost a co pay. My daughter tested positive for covid so we went ahead and got tested as well because it was only $40. Wrong. A few weeks later I get bills for all 3 over us $200 each. By the time I’m done paying these are gonna be $760 covid tests! That’s ridiculous! I would have gone somewhere else in a heartbeat if I had known. Be aware when using! The dr was nice. No issues there but whoever tells you if you’re covered or not be careful with that."

She came within a timely manner, texted us when she was on the way, and listened to all our concerns. I loved not having to go sit in a doctor office with a lot of other sick people."

The provider was well prepared to diagnose and treat my illness. The provider was professional and friendly. It was a comfortable and personal experience in my own home and I will definitely be using this service any time I have a similar need! Really excited to find GoMed! Highly recommend."
