"I have Dashed food from this location about 3-4 times. EVERY order has been wrong and/or missing items. Do they even thoroughly TRY to read the order? I ordered a combo, they forgot my side of cajun fries, I ordered extra ranch, they gave me Sweet Heat, I ordered a chicken sandwich for my husband and the cheese was almost harder than a rock. It wasn't even melted and fell out of the sandwich... someone needs to really oversee and inspect the way they do things. It looks like it's always without care."

"Went there around 4:30 pm before the dinner rush with my son. The dining room was open....what???!!! We were greeted and we told them we ordered online....they told is it would be about 5 mins...no problem. Food came out on time...fresh, correct and thanked us for our patience!!! Everything was good and this was the best experience I've received from this location in a long time ( other reviews will confirm what I mean by that). With that, keep up the good work Ronald Reagan location! It can be done."

"Placed an order only to get to the store at 8:00pm and the doors were closed. Sign in the door plainly states that the store is open until 10:00pm Workers sitting down eating telling people to go to the drive through which is a street length long. This is completely ridiculous and a huge inconvenience. If people don’t want to work hire someone that will or close the store."

"Clean, professional, and organized. The staff are patient and I had to give kudos while waiting for my food. Customers are calm, the chicken keeps flowing, and the music is going. Good job to these folks here. The food industry can be chaotic at times, but they have it fully under control. I’m glad I stopped at this location."
