"Absolutely terrible! The pizza was unevenly cooked burned, not sure how you get thick crust and thin crust on the same pizza. It was clearly old product."

"Terrible service. They closed down the store without any reasoning. There are people standing outside knocking on the door and the employees inside are not even coming to the door to acknowledge the customers to tell them what is going on."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. This is one of the worst I’ve been too. They need to get rid of the owner and the employees along with it change the whole thing to someone who actually cares about the customers. It’s sad this place has gone hill. The first time I got a new pizza they had it was raw and super oily and nasty, then I ordered a online order and went to pick it up and the pickup tower is down and asked for my order and they said here you go I was half way home when I realized they gave me the wrong pizza they just gave me a cheese pizza when I ordered a pretzel pepperoni pizza why would you give me a plain cheese pizza when I didn’t order that it’s one thing to give me the wrong order it’s another to not even tell me. Then I told them why I got that pizza and they said oh it don’t have the ingredients to make it and idk why it’s still online she needs to take it off the menu cause we don’t have it or the ingredients. So why would you give me a plain cheese pizza and when I asked can I just get a regular pepperoni pizza cause you messed up my whole order the lady gave me a attitude giving it to me should’ve took both pizzas or was given both for the inconvenience but I just took the pizza and left such a horrible experience. Get rid of this place and shut it down or get rid of the owner and the employees and get someone and employees that actually care about the place I could probably run it better sadly. I hope this place gets better but I know it won’t. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location until it gets straightened up. Run far away from this place. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place."

"Genuinely strong urine smell when I walked in. They said they were "boxing it up now", and then I ended up waiting like 5 more minutes. - Pick up boxes were out of order - Didn't get the drinks I paid for, and when asked they said they were out of stock of everything. - It was clear getting a refund for just the drinks would have been a nightmare so I didn't bother. - They didn't include the garlic butter I paid for. -They didn't actually cut the pizza. This location is garbage."

"I ordered online and came to pick up. I arrived a few minutes before my confirmation email indicated my order would be ready and waited 5-6 minutes after the time frame but still wasn’t notified my order was ready so I went in to ask about it. When I came in there were several people waiting and it was frankly gross inside. It was visibly dirty. There were hand written signs taped up (out of order drink machine and “No Refunds” by the register). The clerk (who was very nice) was telling the customer in front of me that even though she ordered a 2 liter and wings and they were sold out of 2 liters and wings, she was not able to get a refund. She had a good attitude about it but was reasonably asking for something since she couldn’t have her items and she couldn’t have her money and the employee said “I’m sorry. I just work here.” He also told her she could call the store later to see what could be done but “that’s probably not a good idea cause we don’t have a phone.” When it was my turn, my pizza was already waiting in the warmer but I never did get notified about it. I order ahead cause I like extra sauce on my pizza, but the pizza was bone dry except right at the crust. Knowing refunds aren’t an option and not wanting to wait, I took it anyway. It didn’t taste good and the texture was off somehow. I don’t think this is a good location to visit."
