"I forgot to say extra sauce on my pie I caught the guy on plenty of time he act as if it would have been a problem at the end as I was giving my pizza I was given to cups small portion cups of cold tomato sauce what a big insult that was to me cold"

"takeout. surly bored employees. i ordered a thin crust with extra cheese, sausage and gr pepper. received hardly any cheese, and hardly any sausage and pepper. bland tasting, and was worst the pizza i have EVER had. the cardboard box started looking pretty tasty after a slice or two. had several pieces left over and i wadded them up in the box and pitched into the trash. NEVER EVER AGAIN !"

"Ordered a pizza and got a bitten off peperoncini. Called the store and the manager told me that they've been getting smaller pepers .. when it clearly wasn't the case here.. I wanted a refund and asked them.to come get the pizza and he offered me.a credit for for peperocinis in a future order...did not even offer to replace my pizza..When asked for a refund he offered me a 5$ credit... it's appalling and absolutely disgusting that you would treat a paying customer this way.. completely unsatisfied with my experience.. id.recommend going somewhere where they have better service. . By the way to the manager who I spoke to. When a customer has an issue with their order. You replace the order the issue ensued in.. basic comprehension of customer service is definitly lacking here. ZERO stars if I could."

"Ordered the papadias...came with no fillings. Called the store after being on hold for 5 minutes someone answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager...someone claiming to be the manager fumbles around trying to find my order...puts me on hold and Christy answers the phone and ask if she can help me. Told her I was speaking to Corey...she said yes he passed you to me. So I explain everything to her now. She says she will re send. After an hour the "replacement" arrives. No dipping sauce, no sauce on the papadia. The pics are from the original and the replacements...can't tell the difference. Both "managers" had attitudes so I did not bother to call again...wanted to eat tonight. Will probably not patronize this location again. When I questioned the customer service...was told 'our customer service is great. Update- Since this post I received an Email from corporate advising that things would improve. I have ordered several times since and EVERY time my food is appealing, hot and fresh. And actually shows up sooner than they say. NICE RECOVERY!"
