Wingstop

"I will not be coming to this wingstop again. The customer service and quality was absolutely rude. The guy who took my order over the phone seemed very annoyed and was honestly tired of taking my order. when I got there, I had to quit and wait an hour and 30 minutes before getting my food when I had called ahead 30 minutes before leaving my house to avoid this. The girl at the counter taking an order gave me a disgusted look as if it was my fault, my food wasn’t already being prepared. None of the staff were working. Loud music was being played and tiktoks being made. They had got a previous guys order wrong which prompted me to check mines. Unfortunately, my order was wrong as well. My wings were quite overcooked and not sauced well. I refuse to come back to this location when I pay for quality service and in return get horrible service."

"TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a 75 count of wings that’s is supposed to come with fries and received NONE of my of fries. When i went BACK to the wing stop they asked for proof of not receiving my fries. WHAT PROOF IS THERE TO SHOW IF THERE ARE NO FRIES.Asked the employee who gave me my order if everything was there and they said yes so employees should probably be more focused on doing their job.They tried to refuse to give me my fries cuz they had to see that i never received them but this wouldn’t have happened if employees knew how to do their job right.how do you forget 2 orders of fries.get it together. Did end up receiving my fries after a lot of back n forth being there for 15 minutes."

"Crunchy boneless wings. Good flavor. Variety amount of flavors. Came on a Friday 10pm night. Order ahead of time about 30 mins because there were a lot of customers."

"Be careful purchasing food from here. I had a HORRIBLE experience with customer service and the food. I ordered wings on today. I went back to tell the manager (fair-skin woman with a hat and long hair, long eye lashes and a bad attitude) She simply stated that, it was just how that particular batch came out. She said "I tasted them myself and they taste fine" Those fried were so nasty. I let my co workers taste them ans they agreed. Eww... I will not be visiting that location for any reason again. It was the worst experience. I've been in customer service for 10+ years ans that was definitely the bottom of the barrel!!!"

"I paid a good amount for a large voodoo fry. My fries had wayyy too much seasoning literally dumped on it. It was completely inedible. I used to eat here a lot but I promise I won’t be back."
