"We ordered fish sandwiches meal and Arby's sandwich with fries everything was cold. The Cost 21.00. We took it back, waited in the drive thru about 30 minutes!!! she handed our food the only thing that she re-cooked was the French fries The roast beef and fish were mircowave the Buns were soggy the lettuce was hot on the fish nasty , disgusting. I would like to get my money back. 21 dollars at Arby's I wish I'd took a picture. Do not eat fast in Snellville ga. McDonald's 22.00 also disgusting. Save your money. This is a catch 22 food is expensive too"

"Everything was okay, except the fries weren't fresh. We could eat them right after we got our ordered. Arbys fries are only good when fresh. Paying 30$ for 2 meals you'd expect it to be worth it."

"Newly remodeled and looks great. However, there's a new crew, and unlike the old one, they aren't as concerned with service or hospitality. They shorted our order and acted like we were inconveniencing them to get the food we'd paid for. The soft drinks are also not dispensing correctly. All of them tasted "off." They cooked our cheese sticks so long that all that was left was the breading. Neither table we were at was assembled correctly, either. The top was loose on one, and the other's legs were crooked. We love Arby's, and the remodeled store looks great, but if visits continue like this one, we'll be going elsewhere."
