"Horrible service don’t use Apple Pay unless you have the card they will not refund. Apple Pay changes the last 4 number on receipt for customer protection. Called the customer service was on the phone for 45mins."

We went to the window and what sounded like a drunk girl greeted us and then decided to go mute and turned off all lights and stopped answering without as much as an apology or at least let us know that you close at 9:45 pm. We will never go there again. You are foul!"

"This has to be one of the most disappointing locations I've been to in a while. I ordered 2 hot coffees with cream and sugar. The employee took my payment and walked away. We sat there thinking our coffees were just taking longer than normal 5 to 10mins, maybe a fresh pot of coffee but another employee walked over with a different drink. We advised her of our order and she handed us 2 coffees that were just sitting at the counter. As we drove away (with coffee that tasted just like warm milk) we saw the employee that took our order in thr front on his phone. Absolutely an unprofessional location with horrible coffee!!"

"Stopped by on our way to see family. Glad we did. Fast friendly service. Very clean, serving area, dining room, restrooms (they keep locked :) and parking lot. The employees were cheerful and wasted no time preparing our order. The avocado toast was nicely prepared. Recommended."

"Every single time I come to dunkin they have no idea how to make a matcha tea. Every single time I ask for it to be extra shaken, extra blended, extra stirred, etc. because there are always matcha powder clumps at the bottom. And every single time they do not do it and there are clumps in the drink. Take matcha off the damn menu if none of your locations know how to properly make and serve the drink. It takes 3 steps to make matcha- hot water mixed with the powder (so there are no CLUMPS), add your milk of choice and Sweetener, and add ice— and every single time they get it wrong. Will continue going to Starbucks since they seem to be the only major coffee chain that can make the drink right."
