"at first we thought they were short staffed as we only saw two employees running both sides of the drive-thru, but there ended up being five employees in all with each customer having to pull to the side and wait for their meal. the store was scrambling to open (hours after they should be), and was not operated well. i waited about 20 minutes for my drive thru order, and had multiple issues with said order from the start. this store needs dire support from wendys corporate to assist employees in their tasks."

"came here at 7:15 waiting in the drive thru then came to the window they said nothing was ready then told me they mic was broken and to pull back around then said they had no nothing but chicken when I asked if I could order she said your wait time is to high so can I pull back around my wait time is high because i’ve been waiting on a response for that long. i’m fine being late for work but yall might as well be closed if nothing is ready"

"My wife & I purchased 2 large chily chilies and it was mostly liquid very little ground beef and my wife found 1 bean in her order. What happened to the award winning recipe? My wife became sick after eating a salad a few months ago. Quality of food really sucks."

"They had the drive thru closed, so had to order inside, many guests waiting for food, ordered timely and then watched 7 people fumble around trying to figure out orders. I ordered one sandwich and a coke and it took over 20 minutes to get the order fulfilled. I was in turn, late from my lunch break. Management needs to train these people better, that's the 2nd time I've been there and the service was super slow with adequate workers. I know they're doing their best, but leadership has to take a more dominant role in this Wendys or it will be doomed. Slow service with a closed drive thru at 3pm on a Saturday is not a good look on your store! Not happy and won't be returning. Please help the folks working there, they looked like deer in headlights"

"Very rude and dry customer service. I went through drive thru, no one was in the line which was great because I was at the end of my lunch break(12:47pm on 11/29). I ordered a small chili and medium coke, simple enough. I thought the young lady was friendly on the speaker, but when I got to the window she was a totally different person. She was dry, rude and not friendly at all. She didn’t crack a smile nor did she say you’re welcome. I was polite to her despite her nasty demeanor. I did not get a receipt which I usually do for instances like these so that I can do the reviews on them and have a name for the person. She was a black girl with braids and glasses. Maybe she was having a bad day or didn’t want to be at the window, either way, she needs to do better. Not to mention there were no crackers to eat with my chili. Just chili and hot sauce so thanks!"
