"I stopped in to this location on my way to work and ordered a bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle with extra bacon. Charged me 2.59 for extra bacon. They gave me a sandwich with 2 pieces of bacon that they folded in half. I didn't discover this until I made it to work. So disappointing but I will never, ever visit this restaurant again! Please check your food"

"This PM crew sucks. Every single time I order delivery from this place they never have the complete order. And don't bother trying to call the store because you will never get through. It goes "straight to voicemail" saying no one can take your call. If you want to lose your money, by all means, order delivery from this joke of a restaurant. And the last two times I went through the drive through, the same girl both times asked me what I ordered when I pulled up to the window. How are you gonna ask me what I ordered when you're supposed to know what I'm getting when I pull up? I'm telling you the food industry is nowhere near what it was 20 years ago. You can't get good service or good food anywhere.....especially this place."

"I ordered food at the kiosk then went to the bathroom which was clean enough for a public restroom. I got back and my order was done shortly. I have nothing to complain about, so 5 stars."

"I went through the drive-through for my food. It was a very long wait so much that by the time I got it, my fries were cold, so I go back inside they give me one fries with no apology. I get back to my Van taste my drink is not what I ordered. I go back inside again get my drink corrected with no apology. McDonald’s Chapelhill Road has fallen so very far."

"The food came quickly. Not hot. Cashier very unfriendly. No napkins were put in the bag. We were not asked about sauces for our McNuggets (we got 4 McNuggets). No ketchup. We had to ask. The friendliest employee was the cleaner. Terrible service! Also no senior benefits here. But very clean thanks to their great cleaner!"
