"Here's your warning, folks! I placed a pick up order for today. The app showed the subs were being built and when they were ready. I go to pick them up and the guy there got snippy with me and says they never received the order in their system. I proceeded to show him my app order confirmation and he confirmed it was the correct location and he could see I paid. I had him call his manager, who replied they could not complete my order since they didn't get it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T REFUND ME OR GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. HE SIMPLY TOLD ME TO GO ON THEIR SITE. This is theft. What's interesting is this is the same employee who refused to bring out my last CURBSIDE order and tried to gaslight me that even though the order ticket showed CURBSIDE, he was somehow unaware what that meant. I almost didn't come back again after that and now I truly regret doing so. Since I already had this prior experience and they received that prior app order, I believe this employee disregarded my order and stole money instead and pretended they never got it. I will be complaining all the way up corporate and will never visit another Subway again. Horrible, unacceptable and dishonest customer service!!!!"
"For some reason this location has no problem increasing their prices like most, but they do not accept valid franchise coupons sent in the mail to be used at ANY subway location. I do not recommend this specific location, there are a few others located nearby. Good riddance."
