"Got the wrong order forgot to add my Mac and tried to charge me extra when I asked about it . And they ran a homeless man off the property I was buying food. Bathroom was dirty and food was slower than other Chick-fil-A’s"
"Waited for an Uber eats pick-up for quite some time and when I noticed a guy who came in after me was reciving the order he placed at the restaurant before me, I asked about the order I was picking up again. A guy who appeared to be the manager, said it was there already waiting as he handed me the bag and laughed it off. I'd advice to do better, I don't think its funny that the customer's food was getting cold while my time was being wasted."
"Food was mediocre at best, ordered lunch at 10:40 and somehow fries and nuggets were already cold, fries themselves were so salty I didn't even bother eating them after the first piece. General cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired and reminded me more of a McDonald's than a Chick-fil-A"
"This place takes the cake of being the slowest and dirtiest chick Fil a I have ever been too. There is food allover the floor the tables are dirty. I still love chick fil a but I won't be back to this location. It does not live up to their standards that I have seen at other locations. Update 11/28. Still the worst chick fil a I’ve been to. It’s filthy. The trash is overflowing at each trash can. There are 4 people shooting the breeze behind the counter doing nothing. Does anyone even manage this location."
"Usually, drive through takes forever but this time was quick. The food was really good as always not surprise there. The building had a lot of green around it. I love all those trees and flowers. Cleaning is a given organization was nice. My kid was very satisfied with the meal. Customers service was normal at a good standard but not outstanding."
