"Me and My sister went here in order 24 wings and fries. 12 hot and 12 mild . My sister ask the lady could she put them in separate box. She said yes . She ask the guy who was cooked the wings, could he put the wings in separate box he got mad put he put in there any way. she told him you forgot to put one of the sauce in the box . He got mad again throw the sauce across the counter. Bad Customer Service. We got home the wings wasn't cooked all the way thu they was raw. We but them back in the oven . Why we didn't go back because we don't stay close by there. I will not return back here Bad Customer Service and raw wings ."

"Was craving Hooters while driving through the area and didn't want to drive out to my go to location in Marietta. We order a couple of combos and funnel cake fries. My first issue is that their website doesn’t allow you to choose an option for no extra sauce with the funnel cake fries, so we were forced to pay it. But as you can guess, we didn’t get the extra sauce. The second issue, on one of the wing combos we ordered the lemon pepper rub and paid extra for all flats, but yet again, we didn’t get either. The chicken was plain and tastes like straight grease and breading. The only reason they’re getting two stars is for the Caribbean jerk rub which was amazing. The 40 minute wait definitely isn’t worth it, since half our order was wrong….we won’t be returning."

"Grabbed a late night meal after a movie. Wish places around the theater closed a little later than 11p. Ordered a 10 piece breaded lemon pepper wings with curly fries and a drink. The cashier and cook provided exceptional customer service. The wings could have been seasoned a little more but were edible. My only issue was the guys walking around sagging (underwear/butt showing). That practice shouldn't be allowed in a business that sells food-kind of disgusting."

"Not sure why the low reviews, but I had a great experience. Great tasting wings. Not dry or overcooked. Very good flavored sauces. Got my wings to go and still hot when I got home. Plenty of parking and military discount. Very friendly Staff too."

"First let me say that, even before trying the wings, it was the positive and upbeat attitude and personality of the staff, namely Darius and Mike, that made this such a wonderful visit. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. It was my first time visiting Hoots and Darius was kind enough to walk me through many of the flavors that I had a question about and their preparation. Mike listened in and interjected his own opinions of what he thought I might enjoy trying. He also quickly turned to drop our wings, so that they would be ready, as soon as he learned the number we were ordering. Although I assumed that there was a correlation between the famous restaurant Hooters I wasn't 100% sure, until I tried the wings. Freshly prepared just the way I wanted them. Tossed in the sauce, which evenly covered the wing, an oozing with flavor! The french fries were crispy and hot and seasoned exceptionally well to perfection. The wing sizes are not too big and not too small just right. A smaller portion would have definitely been enough however I'm glad we have leftovers!! I look forward to many more future visits at my new favorite wing place with my new friends Darius and Mike!"
