"Swift and efficient power the Manager on duty executed several different jobs while still talking orders, Cashier communicated well with customers and Staff worked as one body. My food was made satisfactory, but I ate well beside many satisfied customers it was great."

"The store manager is rude and has a nasty ego I literally spent $26 on a ton of breakfast items for myself and my children before they had to go to school, the cashier forgot to give me my debit I got all the way home and noticed no card so then I drove back up wasting time and Gas and saw the store manager and spoke with him about it I waited in the parking lot for about an additional 5 minutes for him to come out and not say anything while talking to another customer I asked do I need to come back he turns around with a nasty attitude and says yes You Do! I will now drive past the vine City location and go up to the north side one where the customer service is most times better!"

"This is the most disappointing chick-fil-a experience I have ever had and I will not return to this particular location. I have only visited this location a handful of times and each time was disappointing. The wait times are very long. I waited a total of 20 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru, until the time I left. The wait time is not an exaggeration, as I checked the time. My order was wrong. I ordered a 4 count chicken mini meal for breakfast, and although the receipt displayed that I was charged for chicken minis, and the chicken mini box had a sticker that displayed “Ckn Minis 4ct,” the contents inside the box was an 8 count chicken nugget, not minis. I couldn’t eat the nuggets because I don't like nuggets without sauce and I didn’t order sauce for plain nuggets because I ordered minis. The sprite machine was also out and the sprite that received tasted like disgusting seltzer. I threw the entire order away. I tried resolving the issue by calling to speak with a manger but no one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. Online surveys for chick-fil-a are also apparently not being used anymore, as when I tried to complete one I was asked for a serial number that isn’t provided on my receipt. So now I'm using time that could be better spent doing something else to write a public review. I will not return to this location. The process of this company to correct a mistake is a hassle and this was a very inconvenient way to start my day."

"Honestly the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. It’s the closest to my house so I go here multiple times but there is an issue almost every time! I’m either missing sauces, utensils, or my order is wrong. Today I offered a milkshake and there was a huge dent in it!! The food is sloppily prepared and there isn’t care but into it compared to other chick fil as. I hope they improve soon. I will be going to another location from now on"

"Probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience ever (Congrats). Only one lane open for breakfast, traffic cone should be placed at entrance not at menu area. Biscuit sandwich was warm and not fresh almost dry. Fruit salad bowl was half filled and I payed a whopping $10!! I know about inflation but I definitely won't be back at this particular location. Quality control needs work and it felt like I got McDonald's service. Also first Chick-fil-A i seen with a security guard in the parking lot. Update: after further reading other reviews, they probably should fire the Operator/Manager."
