"Jimmy Jam's energy is so positive and he has amazing customer service. When my friend and I visited, we had trouble with the online ordering platform and Mr. Jam guided us through ordering. Apple Pay was unavailable at the time we visited, so if you are experiencing any issues, manually input your card information and all is well. :) Not only did Mr. Jam make my experience as a first-time customer amazing, but the love he put into preparing the food was evident--the seasoning, presentation, and the quality of the ingredients went far beyond my expectations. Hands down the best vegan burger I have ever had, and that says a lot as I have tried many. It tasted scarily like the real thing. The waffle fries were delicious as were the cookie and strawberry lemon tea. Everything I ate was an experience. I will be returning over and over. Something to consider: the restaurant is currently in a light brown house (469) at the corner of James P. Brawley! At first, I thought I was mistaking the restaurant for a residence but that is not the case. Just place your order online and Mr. Jam will provide updates about your order and bring it to you when it is ready. Both my friend and I ordered burger combos and they were ready in 15 minutes."

"My friend and I had an amazing experience! Meeting Mr. Jam was a pleasure, and he guided us through the process of ordering online for pick-up. We each ordered the classic plant-based burger combo. Our food arrived quickly and in great presentation. The burger, waffle fries, strawberry lemon sweet tea, and chocolate chip cookie were all AMAZING. Great portion size for the price, and you could tell that a lot of love was made into making the food. My friend and I may agree that it was the best vegan burger that we’ve ever tried."

"All the reviews about how good the food tastes are true. I had the classic plant based burger and the veggie wrap. Both were excellent, burger was mouth watering and hot. Wrap was fresh and flavorful. They confirmed my order and told me it will be ready in 20 mins via text. I pulled up exactly 20 mins and the owner brought my food to the car. We chatted for a brief minute, he was friendly and appreciated me giving his food a try. I was overall pleased from start to finish. I'm spreading the word on this place!!"

"I was craving a burger and fries today and did a quick Google search and stumbled upon Jimmy Jam’s page and noticed he had a 5.0 rating with raving reviews so of course we hopped in the car and made that 50 min drive to patronize! This brother is radiating beautiful energy and I know our food was prepared with love. We ordered the single burger combo which comes with a nicely seasoned and delicious vegan burger with all of your favorite toppings, fresh waffle fries, a bomb raspberry & pomegranate juice, AND a warm and delicious chocolate chip cookie. Listen, EVERYTHING was a savory treat. The burger wasn’t giving beyond or impossible (thank goodness). It tasted homemade and that was a plus for me. This definitely satisfied my burger craving and we will be back to support again :)"
