"The wait time at this location is ridiculous it’s no reason that me and other customers have been waiting over 25 minutes for our drinks. They really need to get training on time management. There is no reason a simple coffee should take this long. On top of that my drink was made wrong!! Get new management or train your employees properly"

"Camp creek Starbucks is the only Starbucks that can not get an order correct, I would rather drive 10 minutes out my way to go to another Starbucks. They have nasty attitude and very rude when trying to correct them on your coffee beverage. I only go to this location when I’m running late for work, but I’m for sure this will be my last time very last time."

"Such nice employees that work at this location. Yes-it’s busy! But, what Starbucks isn’t? The employees are still kind after dealing with entitled disrespectful customers all day and that’s why I love this location….. even if they do sometimes run out of items. Emphasis on the SOMETIMES because I’ve only had this happen twice in the many years this location has been open. Maggie especially is just the sweetest ever. Yeah…. I love this location."

"Received my order from this establishment. Not only was I missing part of my order, but my cheese danishes were hard, burnt, and not edible by any means. I’ve NEVER had a cheese danish from ANY Starbucks this hard. It was hard as a rock, literally. The fact that they are really serving items like this baffles me."
