"The food was fresh but cool to warm. Our server (Jay) had to reheat the food for us. However, the food tasted great! Jay is a great addition to the staff at this location. The [line] servers were impatient and somewhat rude; they kept rushing my family and I to inform them of our food choices. As a first time guest at this location, I wanted to outweigh my options, especially since there was no one else in the line, so they could not say we were holding up other guests. This location had food options I’ve never seen at other locations. The atmosphere of this restaurant was pleasant. It was set up nicely. I will love to visit here because of the tasty food and amazing waiter Jay."

"I expected much more since this chain is ALWAYS good. But from the poor attitudes of the people making the plates, and dirty floor..and then the food was awful. The fried fish tasted like cardboard. I won’t ever go back to this location"

"I've been coming to this Piccadilly spot in greenbriar mall since I was about 5 years old. They've always had the best soul food and Buffet styled meals that I've always enjoyed. My favorites to order when Id go here are the mac and cheese, the cheese rice, some jalapeno cornbread, and a dessert of some sort which was usually a slice of strawberry cheesecake. It always made the perfect dinner for me. And their big dining area is very cleanly and beautifully put together too. No complaints, great platters, great service, great restaurant."

"My food was sabotaged. After requesting to check for missing items I received an intentionally cut cup of corn that spilled in the bag, a bite out of my piece of pie, and the bread was squeezed. The carrot soufflé is burnt. I am missing a biscuit and a piece of chicken. I cannot eat this as it has been sabotaged intentionally. Update: This establishment has officially been reported to the Department of Health. Good luck preparing for your pop-in health inspection."
