"Honestly, I don’t understand why there’s such bad reviews on this place. But I would recommend getting an appointment first for a great experience. The staff was professional to me and the phlebotomist was quick and painless with my blood drawing process. Especially since I’m afraid of needles (traumatic experience in the past) which I told her about before the blood draw began, which she accommodated me and distracted me from the needle and was very kind about it. I will definitely return if I have lab work to be completed."

"The facility was clean and the wait was not long. However, I WILL NOT be visiting the facility again! There is a young lady there that DOES NOT know what she is doing! As a result, I had to go to the emergency room to have them confirm via ultrasound that I indeed have a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), aka a blood clot because she stuck the needle THROUGH my vein (picture below of my arm afterwards). When I told her, she responded with “I’m just trying to get the blood out.” How?? Because you think you can pull it from the other side? That’s not how it works! Blood work is done from the surface of the skin because our skin can absorb the little bit of blood that will come out of the puncture until it clots; through the vein, it cannot do this, and she should have known that! I’ve tried calling the location to speak to Liss (sp?) again, but have been unsuccessful. I’m now on blood thinners for the next 3-6 months with the vascular surgeons hope that my body will resolve the blood clot on its own."

"Glad I decided to come after reading the reviews. I had a great experience! Check in kiosk was very easy to use. The staff kept me updated with approximate wait time. Everyone was friendly. Location was clean. They have signs up about their lunch hours in person and online."
