"Every time I come here I have to sit and park. You all are so quick to get the money but slow on delivery. This location is worst out of all the ones I go to. It would not be so bad if it wasn’t the day I needed you to be on time. I came early so I could make the lunch date for my granddaughter who will not get her lunch. Your person at the window did not apologize that I had to wait!!! I had to go in and get the meal! After going to window I checked my bag because I thought something was missing Your manager just waved her hand like she did not care!!!!"
"I'm giving a 1-star review to the Chick-fil-A at Grady Hospital. My experience was extremely disappointing – they didn't have the items I wanted, and the setup was confusing, especially for a newcomer like me. The staff's attitude was as unfriendly as McDonald's employees. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone."
