"We have to have Walgreens as our pharmacy due to insurance but I would give anything to not to have to deal with them. Maybe I need to find a different Walgreens… I truly don’t feel like they care and maybe it’s just a paycheck. I always leave feeling discouraged and disappointed. Most of the ladies here have been rude to me or my husband. I hate coming here."

"I was treated so badly and rudely at the pharmacy that I will never go back there. My initial interaction was from the back to à voice asking for my birthday. A female said it wasn't ready, when I asked when it would be...I was told she had just told me IT WASN'T READY!!!! This is appalling! Then à young African American woman appeared and the whole environment changed. She got me righted"
