"I have shopped this Tallahassee Kohl's store many times over the past several months and the personnel is wonderful! The atmosphere is very welcoming. The employees are friendly, polite, and make me feel appreciated as a customer. I've been greeted when I enter the store numerous times. Any time I have had to return an item, the process is extremely convenient and easy. I highly recommend this establishment! It is a delight to shop there!"
"I had not been in a Kohls in years. It will not be that long next time. I loved the variety of items they have. We found quite a few clearance bargains. And that store can make you fat if you are not careful! Watch out for the chocolate! There is lots of it!"
"It’s the second to last Saturday before Christmas and only 3 registers are open. We waited over 30 minutes to check out! There’s no longer a good jewelry selection- it has been replaced with a mini Sephora. Half of the home, bathroom, and bedroom items are out of stock. The shelves look bare and there’s barely any selection."
"They were very friendly at the Amazon return desk. gave me a coupon for 35% off so I opened a Kohl's charge. The young man that checked me out, I believe his name was Rod Was very nice. Did a great job and took another 10% off because there was dirt on the bottom of the purse. I look forward to going back to this Kohl's again"
"I returned a few items. Lauren had excellent customer service, quick, and efficient. The cashier (I think Tre) was also very friendly. The store is clean and pretty organized. Great prices but, I prefer to shop on line. Never an issue with returning anything I don't like to the store."
